1 Definitions and Applicability

5.1 Bonus Usage Rules

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing, wagering of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without fulfilling the wagering requirement. Bonuses are for the member's personal use only — they cannot be shared with others.

5.2 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• A promotion can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless permitted by the terms.
• A minimum deposit of ৳200 applies to qualify for a bonus.

• If fraud is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be subject to investigation.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Once placed, all bets are final and cannot be cancelled. If a technical error occurs in a game result, mostplay reviews reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the wager. For sports betting, if a match or event is postponed, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.1 Odds Changes

6.2 Casino Game Terms

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with a false identity or another person's information

• Making deposits and withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering

8 Account Suspension and Closure

mostplay reviews reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if it believes the terms are being violated or are at risk of being violated.

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request account closure through the support channel. The opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be given before the request is processed, however any bonus funds where the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled.

8.2 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate an account.
